Terms, privacy and imprint

These terms are between you and Tunes of Fantasy GmbH, Frauenfeld, Switzerland, trading as Titanscore Audio.

Buying an instrument gives you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to install and use it on up to three machines you own or control.

Anything the plugin writes, every MIDI file you drag out, is yours. You may use it in commercial releases, film, games and advertising, with no royalty and no credit required.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent out or redistribute the plugin itself, nor share your licence key, nor attempt to circumvent the activation.

The licence covers all point releases of the version you bought. A future major version may be a separate purchase.

Instruments are delivered as an immediate download with a licence key issued at the moment of purchase. For that reason all sales are final and no refunds are given.

At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

This site sets no cookies and loads no tracking pixels, advertising networks or social widgets. No profile is built about you.

If you buy, Paddle processes the payment as seller of record and holds the billing data. Tunes of Fantasy GmbH stores your email address, your licence keys and which machines they are activated on. Nothing else.

A message sent through the contact form reaches a mailbox and is kept only as long as the conversation needs it.

An address left for the release notice is used for that one mail and nothing else. Ask for it to be removed at any time and it is.

Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time, and it is done within thirty days.
